Air conditioning, sprinklersystems, water cooledprocessors and heatingsystems are all potentialsources of water leakage which if undetected canseriously damage today's complex electrical, communication and computer networks even a small leak can prove disastrous.

To detect the water leakage the liquid sensing cable is installed below false flooring & above false ceiling. The control panel displays the location of the water detected by sensor cable.


An Intelligent and Addressable Sense Cable


Each sense cable is fitted with an electronic chip at one of its ends.

This manages the following functions -

  • Detects and localizes the leak of any liquid to the nearest metre along the length of the cable.
  • Addressable sense cable.
  • Detects and localizes any cut or interruption on the cable.
  • Digital transmission of all cable length data to the control digital unit.

Wireless Fire Alarm System

Wireless Fire Alarm System is addressable and requires no cabling to be done and it indicates the accurate location of the detector fired.


The system consists of following components

  • NO wiring and conduiting, works on radio waves. Lot of concealed wiring is required in case of wired system.

Aspiration Smoke Detection System

The HSSD and VESDA are the internationally approved trade names for ASPIRATION SYSTEM. Aspirating Smoke Detection system (ASD) designed to give very early indication of an incipient fire condition. This pre-emptive warning – before the transition into the flaming and heat stages – provides the time necessary to take corrective action and avoid the danger, damage and disruption to operations that a fire can cause.


Aspirating Detection


The detector is mounted either inside or outside the area. It draws air from the protected area using an aspirating fan which is housed in the detection unit. The pipe network contains sampling holes at predetermined locations along the pipe network through which the air is LASER DIODE LIGHT SOURCE drawn.

Detectors can protect areas up to 2000 square metres to BS5839, or between 500 to 750 square metres to BS6266, in high air flow conditions. The pipework is configured in various ways according to the application.

Typically it will comprise a pipe network with sampling points at intervals similar to point detection. It can also, for example, be arranged to monitor across air handling units or in ducts.
